Antillean Engineers, Inc. (AEI) is a St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands-based engineering firm that offers technical services in the fields of civil, sanitary, and environmental engineering. AEI has provided service, without interruption, to the Virgin Islands community since 1970.
Other services include land and hydrographic surveying, inspection, project management, and quality control services. AEI is an ACI certified quality control testing firm including concrete, aggregate, and asphalt testing.

Antillean Engineers, Inc. is located at 1-B Estate Clifton Hill near the La Reine Shopping Center where it occupies approximately 2,500 square feet of office space. Since its inception, AEI has maintained an inventory state-of-the-art software and equipment for engineering, surveying, and quality control.
Since 1978, Antillean Engineers, Inc. has conducted quality control testing and has a testing facility located on St. Croix in Estate Springfield. AEI is also licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to conduct density testing with nuclear devices.

CIVIL ENGINEERING SURVEY/QUALITY CONTROL
Antillean Engineers, Inc. provides engineering and survey services to the Virgin Islands Port Authority for USVI airports, piers, marinas, as well as Hess Oil Virgin Islands Corp/Hovensa LLC/Limetree Bay Refining.
Antillean Engineers, Inc. road projects include the Melvin H. Evans Highway, Christiansted By-Pass, and road and sidewalk design. Subdivision projects include design, planning, layout, and stakeout.
At the Hess Oil Virgin Islands Corp /Hovensa LLC, Antillean Engineers, Inc. performed high precision geodetic, boundary, and topographic surveys for all major refinery expansions, as well as construction layout.

Following the devastation of the 2017 Hurricanes Irma and Maria, Antillean Engineers, Inc. is providing recovery inspection services, building and wind damage assessments, and construction and project management services for the VI Housing Finance Authority, VI Departments of Education, Public Works, Planning and Natural Resources, the Virgin Islands National Guard, Witt O’Brien’s, Lutheran Social Services of the Virgin Islands, and private citizens.
